The Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital RN Sponsorship program consists of the following benefits:
Candidates accepted into the RN Sponsorship program will be awarded full tuition paid for the second year of a two-year accredited Associate's degree nursing program or for the final two years of a four-year accredited Bachelor's degree nursing program of their choice.
Blue Hill Hospital will pay for the employee to attend class and study for up to 16 hours per week.
The employee will work in a clinical or non-clinical role at Blue Hill Hospital for 24 hours per week when school is in session. During school breaks, the employee agrees to work full time (40 hours per week).
Employees accepted into the program will be considered full time and will be eligible to receive full time benefits.
Commitment/Repayment– 1 year for every 10k up to 5/years or 50k (Must be in a full-time role for this time)– This amount includes actual paid tuition and cost to MO for EDU time.

Summary:
The Nursing Sponsorship Student completes the coursework required to graduate from an accredited school of nursing. While going to school, the student works in a clinical capacity (if holds a current clinical licenser or certification) or non-clinical capacity at Northern Light Health.
Responsibilities:
• Attend class and lab related to school and study for said classes up to 16 hours/week; work the remainder of 24 hours when not in school or studying.
• Maintain commitment to work 40 hours/week when not in school
Detailed Responsibilities:
Attends education sessions, workshops, and other continuing education opportunities to enhance or gain new skills.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
