TEKsystems Service Desk Analysts / Hyper Care Support in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Description:

3 to 5 years of Service Desk experience hopefully with a bank or financial services company

This position is part of a Service Desk team with each analyst responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls within 60 seconds

• Responding to emails (majority of requests are through email) within one hour

• Providing support for the client rollout of new financial applications as well as wide-ranging IT remote support for client end users using Microsoft 365

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

The end client is moving to a new set of financial applications and the ideal candidates will have prior experience supporting financial applications, such as Wove. The focus is on high-client satisfaction and resolution; this is not a “create a ticket and escalate” model and not for someone new to the service desk. We are looking for 3-5 years of experience, someone who has worked with a ticketing system like ServiceNow, and has worked in a midmarket or enterprise company where call handling and ticket closure metrics were measured, as well as SLAs.
