Job Description
Our Healthcare Insurance Client is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a remote work from home 1 year contract with the option for conversion to FTE. Our ideal candidate has worked for a Healthcare Insurance company and is a technical Business Analyst with a background in Content Management Systems and front-end web and native mobile customer/member applications. Ability to test and configure customizations and adding custom links, banners and content to web and mobile applications. Supporting daily regression testing for customizations in excel is important in this role. Creating mock-ups for sales meeting and customers.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
Experience working for a Healthcare Insurance company
Experience in Agile or SAFe Agile
Experience customizing web and mobile applications including adding custom links, banners & content
Ability to configure & test customizations in multiple systems
Content Management System authoring experience - client uses Contentful & homegrown system (experience in these tools is not required)
Support daily regression testing of customizations using excel. **Excel experience is required (formulas vlookup, sumif, countif,& pivot tables)
Production support and troubleshooting using browser developer tools (experience not required but preferred to have troubleshooting experience).
Create mock-ups for sales meetings and existing clients. null
