Logistics Sales Team Lead Position Act as the point of contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their logistics needs and requirements. Develop a deep understanding of each client's unique business challenges and objectives and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct negotiations with clients to establish competitive rates for logistics services, focusing on achieving a win-win outcome for both the company and the client. Identify growth opportunities within existing automotive accounts and devise strategies to maximize revenue potential. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address specific logistics challenges faced by automotive clients. • Set sales targets and KPIs for the logistics sales team and regularly assess individual and team performance Requirements Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3 Three years' experience in expedited transportation freight and automotive manufacturer accounts management Three years' experience using Salesforce in CRM systems and various Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms, such as AscendTMS and Turvo: Collaborative Transportation Management Software for coordinating and optimizing freight transportation activities.
