Robert Half FCC Experienced Analyst in Blue Ash, Ohio
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an FCC Experienced Analyst to join our team located in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role focuses on ensuring the compliance with financial crimes regulations and maintaining a high level of service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of data and transactional information to identify suspicious or unusual activities.
• Mitigate and escalate any red flags associated with anti-money laundering (AML) typologies.
• Execute internal searches on client systems, perform open-source media searches, and conduct negative news checks to establish client profiles.
• Prepare and document observations in a succinct manner within the AML disposition template and make recommendations on whether further review is required.
• Prepare project status reports, outlining key accomplishments, items for discussion, and next steps.
• Perform budget vs. actuals findings by comparing project hours incurred to the overall project budget.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing work performed and result dashboards.
• Identify areas of interest and complete trainings to expand knowledge in these areas.
• Support innovation activities by providing internal recommendations related to improving service delivery to clients.
• Foster and maintain meaningful client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Requirements • Proficiency in AML - Anti Money Laundering is a must
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required
• Extensive experience in KYC - Know Your Customer is essential
• Knowledge and experience in KYC AML is necessary
