Who are we?CPP- Bloomington, MN is looking to hire an experienced Sr. Customer Program Manager to join our team. This position works as a key member of the CPP- Bloomington Operations team and focuses on a select group of customers and will interact with customers, other Program Managers, Sales team and the Operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of focus on customer satisfaction and facilitating cross functional teams to effectively solve customer issues and concerns.This is a salaried position that includes an onsite flexible schedule and offers a full-benefits package, robust PTO plan, 401K and quarterly bonus potential.What will you do?Manage key CPP accounts assigned including all interactions, lead all meetingsCoordinate customer team including customer service representative, quality engineers and part engineersMaintain action list for all projects with assigned customers and customers parts, drive completion of itemsUnderstand and maintain all customer specific delivery, quality and cost metricsAct as a liaison between assigned key customers and CPP Minneapolis, ensuring plant efforts align with customer needsLead the customer service effort by ensuring order timing aligns with customer needs and forecasted demand is currentParticipate in regular S&OP meetings, assuring the customer demand is forecasted correctlyOversee bookings, backlog, customer scorecards and demand pipelineManage profitability of assigned customer parts via ongoing cost reduction effortsWork with the CPP team to document product platforms, customer forecasts, and market conditions, ensuring that bookings are received as plannedUnderstand gaps in the plan and react to achieve planEnsure that customer quotes are processed in a timely manner following the designated standard proceduresUnderstand contract terms and conditions and execute in accordance with corporate policiesWork with Commercial VP to provide pricing recommendations based on corporate pricing matrix provided and understanding price point for the customer and the marketsCoordinate with manufacturing plant to:Ensure high productivity level through proper planning and management of bookingsMaintain timely and accurate reporting requirements regarding booking forecast, product performance, sales activities, threatened loss of business, sales forecasts, industry trends, competitive information and activities, account analysis and status to assist management in making informed decisionsParticipates in all assigned customer visits, and includes relevant internal participants as neededManage and coordinate customer tooling audits and customer visits related to new businessPrepare company presentationsHave a working knowledge and maintain a log of all LTA's for assigned customer contracts and inform management of any necessary revisions, updates or expirations.Collaborate with Finance to follow up on all AR and commercial issuesEnsure data for assigned customers is correct in the Commercial Data Warehouse platformStay abreast of market changes in the Aero and IGT markets to help organization to strategically make business decisionsWhat do we have to offer?$100-110KComprehensive Benefit PlansQuarterly Bonus Opportunity401k with generous company matchPaid Holidays and Vacation TimeTuition Reimbursemen tWhat can you bring to the table?Bachelor's degree in business or related field required for this position.8 years of customer facing account management experience working with large customers, B2B manufacturing environment and 2 years of leadership experience requiredIntermediate or advanced skills in spreadsheet creation, data analysis (Excel) and presentation design (PP)Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with experience in Excel, Access, Word.Ability to work onsite with flexible hours and must be available to work outside standard business days and hoursOther Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Effective communication skills with ability to effectively resolve c stomer issues in a win- win style. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and nomenclatureSponsorship is not available for this role.
