Description
We are on the search for a meticulous Search Engine Optimizer/Marketer (SEO/SEM) to join our retail team located in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role will focus on managing search engine optimization and paid advertising strategies, with an emphasis on Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing, and Facebook Insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems.
Prefer candidates local to the twin cities
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEM/SEO) strategies
• Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Bing, and Facebook Insights
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Review technical SEM/SEP issues and recommend fixes
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
• Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
• Keep abreast of SEM/SEO and integrated marketing trends
• Collaborate with agency and media buyers for campaign optimization
• Audit and analyze competitor sites for SEM?SEO performance.
Requirements • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Bing, Facebook Insights, Google Ad, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting SEO/SEM audits and implementing improvements.
• Solid understanding of search engines including Google Search.
• Experience in managing Paid Social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and customer behaviors.
• Ability to develop and implement effective SEO/SEM strategies for the retail industry.
• Excellent analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Proven ability to stay updated with search engine algorithms and marketing industry trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Innovation starts with people.®
