Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently looking for a receiving & tool crib attendant throughout our facility on 1st shift to join our aerospace team! CPP offers a competitive compensation & benefits package which includes a quarterly bonus program, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K with employer match, paid vacation and holidays.CANDIDATES OFFERED EMPLOYMENT ARE REQUIRED TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND STUDY PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENTMajor ResponsibilitiesMaintains and makes minor repairs to air and electric powered hand tools used by production employees including rebuilding, cleaning and or sending to an outside vendor for repair.Picks up parts and supplies for operations, maintenance and facilities.Oversees production materials and safety supplies as needed in each department within the foundry via vending program.Maintains clean and orderly tool and supplies storage area that can be easily inventoried.Timely and accurately inventories supplies and parts as needed and prepares reports as required.Unload all incoming shipments.Check all incoming shipments for physical damage to the product. Report any damaged product to the Purchasing Manager.Review the Bill of Landing and determine if it is the correct documentation for the shipment.Accept the shipment by signing the Bill of Landing and verify the items received against the packing slip.Date, stamp and initial the packing slip/receiving record along with any certification and enter it into QAD.Acquire additional certifications and credentials as required for work or career developmentMaintain a clean, organized work areaComply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and proceduresAbility to work overtimeAttendanceAbility to work at the Bloomington facilityWork on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by ManagementQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience: 6 months experienceCertifications/Licenses: Valid Driver's LicenseOther Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.About UsConsolidated Precision Products (CPP) is an industry-leading manufacturer of highly-engineered components and sub-assemblies, supplying the commercial aerospace, military and industrial markets with small-to-large "function critical" products.
