Staffmark Office and Volunteer Operations Assistant in Bloomington, Minnesota

Pro Staff, in partnership with our client in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a dedicated Office and Volunteer Operations Assistant to join a dynamic team. Schedule | Monday - Friday | Pay: $22-23/hour Office Administration Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact at the reception desk. Maintain organized office systems, including filing, stocking supplies, and ordering special requests. Coordinate with landlords and vendors for building and utilities management. Prepare monthly reports on office utilities, equipment, and shipping usage. Support IT needs and onboard new staff with equipment setup, business cards, and office orientation. Volunteer Coordination Build and maintain a volunteer database. Screen, train, and match volunteers to relevant non-program opportunities. Design and improve training materials and volunteer systems. Organize activities and orientation for new and returning volunteers. What We're Looking For Strong Computer Skills | Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, email platforms, and other office tools. Attention to Detail | A keen eye for accuracy in filing, scheduling, and communications. Familiarity with Nonprofits | Previous experience in a nonprofit environment is a plus.
