Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks as per blueprint specifications, determining proper welds and positions, and completing tasks in a timely manner. The position primarily involves MIG welding on Mild Steel and Stainless Steel, with additional duties such as cutting material, organizing material, and staging it for other employees. The role also includes fabricating, operating machines, grinding, cutting insulation, and finishing parts. This position consists of approximately 80% welding and 20% other duties.
Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks according to blueprint specifications.
Determine proper welds, callouts, and positions to complete the job.
Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints.
Complete tasks in a timely manner.
Perform MIG welding on Mild Steel and Stainless Steel, 7 gauge - 1/4''.
Assist with cutting material, organizing material, and staging it for other employees.
Fabricate parts, operate machines, grind, cut insulation, and finish parts.
Essential Skills
MIG welding experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficient in shop math skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Welding experience or degree.
Experience with welding symbols.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00
