SEAGATE TECHNOLOGY (NRM) Customer Service and Circularity Operations Intern in Bloomington, Minnesota

Our team consists of supply chain operations, engineering, account managers and sales personals, based in Asia, EMEA and North America regions. CSS supports Seagate Corporate Sustainability initiatives to minimize e-waste through assets / drives recovery, recycling and generate revenue. About the role - you will: This position will focus on improving, optimizing, and driving excellence across Americas Circularity and Service Operations. Responsibilities include: Standardize and Streamline Metrics Dashboards across Global Service Providers SAP end-to-end process Value-Stream Mapping Physical Inventory Process Optimization for Americas Warehousing Operations Analyze Value-Add Service Programs to establish ROI and Cost vs. Benefit decision matrices Work cross functionally with internal customers including but not limited to: Account Management, Sales and Process Engineering, to develop solutions to complex data and process issues Meet deadlines and work under pressure with limited supervision This position will typically involve an 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, work schedule. This is negotiable as there may be global conference calls both before or after the typical work schedule About you: Eager to learn Cross-functional mindset Excellent attention to detail Organized Self-motivated, quick learner and foster an enjoyable and productive work environment Customer service minded Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to attend evening meetings to coordinate with Global Operations team Your experience includes: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Specifics include with pivot tables, sum if type formulas, and V-lookups Process Mapping and Process Improvement experience Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, or any other related discipline and enrolled in courses for Fall 2025 Location: Longmont, CO or Normandale, MN Our Longmont product-design campus is nestled against the foothills with exceptional views of the Rocky Mountains. The individual base wage s based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The benefits for this position are based on a 24 to 40-hour-per-week schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location and tenure with the Company.
