Responsibilities This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with BPAS Clients; maintaining knowledge of BPAS products and services and cross selling the same; project work (as needed); and various other duties as required to retain and grow client relationships. Travel is required for this position. Essential Duties: Serve as the Relationship Manager for an assigned book of Clients. The book of Clients would primarily be focused on DC business, but may also include Clients that solicit other BPAS services. Work in tandem with Plan Consulting, Participant Education and Fiduciary Services teams as needed to cultivate lasting and meaningful client relationships. Educate, train, coach, and mentor clients on BPAS systems (web portals), and products and services. Assist with issue resolution, fee negotiations, and investment related matters as they arise. Maintain detailed knowledge of BPAS products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate these programs to clients and FI Partners. Work to solicit other BPAS products and services to existing clients where a client need exists. Participate in identifying cross selling opportunities for CBSI related products and services. When needed, participate in activities to secure new FI Partner and plan relationships. Ancillary Duties: As an integral member of the organization, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the Company in achieving their goals. Qualifications Education/ Training: Minimum B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field, or equivalent experience All applicants must be 18 years of age or older Competencies: * Excellent interpersonal skills * Well-developed written and oral communication skills * Analyze problems and issues and present possible solutions to supervisor * Ability to be highly organized and follow through * Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask * Display an intermediate level of competency with Microsoft products, as well as personal computer skills * Ability to handle a large book of business with efficiency and expertise * Must be self-motivated and flexible * Must have the ability to work and communicate well with others in a team environment Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a benefits environment Other Job Information Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
