OVERVIEW:
The Senior Advisor, Account Management, is responsible for managing a complex client relationship with Prime Therapeutics, resolving issues, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention while preserving company profitability. This role ensures accurate execution of client deliverables and alignment with Enterprise financial objectives, requiring expertise in rebate invoicing systems, analytical skills, and a methodical approach.

Deliverables Management
Oversee timely execution of deliverables, ensuring accuracy in reports and client data.
Maintain systematic organization of client information, including account hierarchies.
Ensure prompt resolution of issues through clear and effective communication.
Manage new client implementation process
Collaborate with product teams to provide client insights, support product development, and execute product deliverables and operational requirements
Collaboration & Leadership
Coordinate efforts across internal and external teams to meet client needs
Serve as a client expert and escalation point, driving issue resolution.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to support client success while safeguarding company margins.
Strategic Thinking
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement and align strategies with organizational goals.
Apply clinical and operational knowledge to enhance client outcomes and advance business objectives.
Identify opportunities to increase profitability and enterprise margin and risks to achieving financial goals.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
8+ years of experience in account management or a related field (PBM industry strongly preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excel proficiency includes ability to deploy pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, and formula creation
PowerPoint proficiency includes the ability to create professional and visually appealing presentations
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong focus on client satisfaction and retention
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on client satisfaction
Ability to manage complex issues independently and drive organizational goals with urgency.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates that reside within an hour of an office will work 3 days onsite. Candidates that reside more than an hour from an office will be considered for a remote position.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,500 - 185,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
