Collaborate with product, business and development teams to develop and maintain Product Backlog. Work with the scrum team, program manager and business analysts to negotiate Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for delivery. Develop and execute project plans for each ordering cycle. Design and implement systems for monitoring and evaluating quality of client programs and services. Validate reports with End-to-End Business flows per design documents. Conduct UAT Testing supports with business users. Deliver reports to project stakeholders to make informed decisions about software quality. Identify and prioritize critical paths, key functionalities and integration points for end-to-end testing. Perform end-to-end tests on processes and design program documents per resource requirements and administer test activities for all phases. Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress. Establish meaningful quality metrics to measure and track the quality of software product. Monitor key indicators to assess effectiveness of quality efforts and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular project updates, progress reports and status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Design stress and performance test scenarios to simulate realistic usage patterns. Manage project closure process including finalizing project deliverables, conducting post-project evaluations and documenting lessons learned. Optimize system performance through performance tuning and capacity planning. Define end-to-end test scenarios that mimic real-world user interactions and workflows.

Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor -- Computer Engineering or Computer Science (will accept foreign education equivalent)

Experience: Five (5) years
