Insight Global Jr Data Governance Analyst in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Data Governance Analyst to sit in Bloomfield, CT. Duties: Performs duties necessary to maintain the integrity of customer records and data associated with the Individual Book of Record (IBOR), according to established procedures and guidelines. Responsible for daily review and resolution of tasks. Provide communication regarding data quality concerns or other production issues.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily review and resolution of duplicate/linkage tasks using the Initiate TM Inspector Tool.

Review all types of tasks based on the established workflow hierarchy (tasks: potential overlays, potential duplicates, potential linkages and review identifier).

Updates tasks as appropriate according to established procedures and guidelines, while meeting set expectations with metrics.

Provide timely and clear communication regarding production issues and business impacts, as needed.

Notifies Data Steward/Manager of errors and potential problems and provides appropriate follow up.

Maintains and protects confidentiality information.

Complies with all organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

1+ years of experience analyzing or managing Data

Deep knowledge of reference data and usage throughout the industry

Ability to understand and facilitate the transfer of new reference data to downstream implementation teams

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skillset Experience with Collibra

CPC, RHIA, or RHIT Certification (preferred)

Knowledge of pharmacy data

Understanding of NCPDP standards null
