The Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Developmental Disabilities program has constant supervision and observation of the individuals served.Duties & Responsibilities:THIS POSITION HAS UP TO A $6,500 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME AND UP TO $3,000 FOR PART TIME POSTIONSThe Direct Support Professional works in a residential home with individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The position requires constant supervision and observation of individuals. She/he assists individuals with their daily needs and in maintaining cleanliness of the residence, and serve as a role model and advocate. Mandatory overtime is required.
