Pay range: $24.00 to $26.00 depending on experience

Here is what you will be doing
Daily unloading of crude oil trains, Understand and follow operating procedures and policies, Learn to operate railcar loading systems and equipment, Perform work safely and productively, Cross train on all functions at facility, Strong work ethic, Is not afraid to ask questions, Attention to detail
Accurately fill out all necessary paperwork, Enforces safety policies and procedures with other employees and visitors, Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment, Assist with other duties within the facility (general maintenance, landscape, upkeep, and painting)
Interact with customers, railroad crews, other Team Members and visitors, Understands customer needs
Ability to work a rotating shifts & set schedules (days, nights, weekends, & holidays)
Requirements of a successful Transload Operator
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
For safety reasons, must be able to read, write and understand, and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
Basic math skills, Computer skills (light data entry)
Valid Driver's License, Able to get a TWIC card
Capable to learn how to operate and maintain railcar/trans loading equipment (e.g., Hoses, portable conveyors, transfer pumps, portable stair systems, small to medium sized equipment, etc.), Ability and willingness to travel to other transload terminals to assist when necessary; may be for up to a week at a time
Here are some of the physical requirements for this role
Work outside in ALL weather conditions (snow, rain, sub-freezing & hot temps)
Physically able to climb up and down railcars/ladders safely
Work with liquid hazardous and dry bulk materials
Receive general safety training
Carry at least fifty (50) pounds, In good physical condition (able to walk one (1) to two (2) miles per shift)
