Location: Blaine, MN Pay: $20 - $23/hr. for little to no experience Up to $32/hr. for experienced professionals Hours: 1st Shift: 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday 2nd Shift: 4 pm - 2:30 am, Monday - Thursday Weekend Shift: 6 am - 6:30 pm, Friday - Sunday Benefits of the punch press operator: Health, dental, vision, life, disability, critical illness, and non-work accident insurance available starting the first month after your start date 401(k) with company match Scheduled raise / salary review Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement Climate-controlled shop (air-conditioned and heated) Company parties Company uniforms PPE / safety glasses allowance Stable work environment with long-term customers Duties of the punch press operator: Operate punch press machines and assembly equipment to create parts and products Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects Read work orders, instructions, and blueprints Perform tasks such as deburring, grinding, sanding, filing, and polishing metal parts/products Maintain documentation accurately Requirements for the punch press operator: Experience in manufacturing Ability to read Micrometers and Calipers Proficiency in setting up and operating Mechanical and Hydraulic Punch Presses Competency in changing dies Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools Capability to stand for extended periods of time Additional Information: Ready to seize this opportunity?
