Join our dynamic team as a CNC lathe machinist with Twin City Staffing! Located in Blaine, MN, we are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for precision machining. If you have 2-3 years of experience and are proficient in CNC lathe setups, this is your chance to work in a stable shop with long-term customers and room for growth. Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $25.00/hour + DOE Hours: Monday Thursday, 5:45 am 3:45 pm Friday, 5:45 am 11:45 am (overtime) Benefits of the CNC lathe machinist: Paid Time Off 401K Paid Holidays Company Parties Room for advancement Stable shop with long-term customers Duties of the CNC lathe machinist: Perform proficient setup and operation of CNC lathes Interpret blueprints and specifications for precision machining Monitor machining processes to ensure efficiency and quality Troubleshoot and adjust programs and tooling as necessary Inspect finished products to meet customer quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements of the CNC lathe machinist: 2-3 years of CNC lathe machining experience.
