APTIV Employment Trainer in BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Work one-on-one with participants at their work site -Help participants learn work skills such as punctuality, appropriate dress, and following directions to their individual employment goals. -Provide on-the-job support by helping them adjust to a new worksite, guiding them in learning and understanding their job duties, supplementing their work as necessary, and systematically fading direct support. -Occasionally provide transportation for participants to work, while also encouraging them to learn about other forms of transportation, and pedestrian safety skills, and assist with wheelchairs. -This position is best suited for someone who values making a difference in the lives of others, as well as their community.
