Otis heeft vestigingen in Utrecht, Badhoevedorp, Zwolle en Best. Je vindt o.a. Otis liften in de Eiffeltoren en de Burj Khalifa en nationaal in de Mondriaantoren in Amsterdam, Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam en de Delftse Poort in Rotterdam.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Coordinator Major Accounts ben je een niet te missen spil tussen de klant, Field, Sales en Customer Care Desk. Je beheert grote klanten met circa 240 installaties verspreid door heel NL en je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen.

• Verwerken en managen van de administratieve kant van de contracten.

• Bijhouden en managen van keuringsplannen

• Kwartaal overleggen voorbereiden en bijwonen

• Volledige projectadministratie beheren (denk aan storingen, stilstand etc.)

• Nauw contact met andere klantenteams binnen Otis

• Maandrapportages verwerken en opstellen, dit gebeurt met de input van de suprvisor

• Nauw contact met de klanten

• Opvolgen van lopende zaken over Sales en Field

• Je hebt ervaring in het beheren van contracten

• Je hebt ervaring in zakelijk klantcontact

• Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om te werken in een zeer teamgerichte en dynamische omgeving

• Je hebt sterke computer- en technologische vaardigheden, zakelijk inzicht en een drang naar hoge klanttevredenheid

• Je bent in het bezit van een diploma MBO+ niveau of hoger

• Je bent sociaal ingesteld en klantgericht

• Je bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht

• Je hebt een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed

• Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B

• Je blijft jezelf graag ontwikkelen

• Je bent klaar voor een volgende stap in jouw carrière
