Amergis CT Tech - Bismarck in Bismarck, North Dakota

Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT, ND state lic
Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: X-ray
Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: ER, inpatient, outpatient. Everything but heart and profusions
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must be able to cover X-ray
EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use: Meditech
Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): Siemens 64 slice CT scanner, Siemens C-arm, x-ray, portable x-ray, and GE portable x-ray
Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift?: Yes during the day, by phone on nights. Night techs work alone
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): Mixed shifts with varied start times // Team scheduling
Weekend Requirements: Yes- varies
Holiday Requirements: Yes
Call or Standby requirement? Response time?: Yes
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: Depends on experience

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
