The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for new business development through lead generation, client contacts, client meetings resulting in new business wins and continued cultivation of the client. We take the time to build relationships with clients and candidates so we can truly understand what they need and how we can help them succeed. This position will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business, including the following responsibilities.**
Primary Responsibilities: -Embody Company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values -Perform lead generation, community outreach and networking efforts -Execute the Company's Operating Model as a best practice -Document all activity and communication -Participate in and prepare for 1 on 1s, sales coaching sessions, sales meetings, client planning, client reviews and sales pipeline review
Prospect Management: -Research new companies and complete pre-call planning -Source and Identify company contacts -Execute new business development calls -Schedule and execute new joint client meetings with sales leadership -Execute new client meetings
Client Management: -Schedule and execute new joint client meetings with sales leadership. -Develop company organizational charts for each company. -Execute client intake meetings, Lead calls and proactively market top talent to clients and prospects -Execute Target Account Program and Marketing Campaigns -Execute both new and existing client meetings -Develop and maintain a sales pipeline. Facilitate Client Service Agreements -Price business in alignment with market pricing strategy -Ensure Client Quality Control
Preferred Skills:
-Demonstrate a high degree of technical proficiency, specifically the Google Suite -Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results -Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a
Required Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in a Business related field -A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales related role -Successful track record of selling small to medium size accounts -Demonstrate effective presentation and persuasion skills -Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills -Demonstrated organizational and planning skills -Ability to effectively work autonomously, while working with a team approach -Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
