We are currently looking for 2 Operators (FTC).
Job Description
Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on equipment as directed
Collect raw materials from and return of filled components to cold storage
Advise the supervisor of equipment faults and any out of specification events
Some lifting - up to 10kg will be required in this role.
To have a sound understanding of the process and documentation flow, understanding potential impact on the department for non-compliant underlying work in the department.
Ensuring company standards are met with regards to working environment.
The ability to use the ERP system to log the progress of assigned work, to perform the necessary inventory transactions for control of stock, raise a change request and document management (as required).
To complete all relevant records and worksheets
To be competent in all tasks performed, ensuring this is clearly documented in training records.
To work effectively with other supervisors and managers to support the team to deliver orders on time and in full.
Utilise continuous improvement techniques to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsible for ensuring that all work generated by other members of the team on your behalf meets the required quality standards.
We are looking for:
Experience working in the pharma, healthcare, food or similar industry.
GCSE Maths, English and Science (or equivalent)
Experience of following written quality procedures and working practices including GMP
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience of using computerised systems
Flexibility to the needs of the business, working out of hours if and when required
