We are currently looking for 2 Operators (FTC).

Job Description

  • Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on equipment as directed

  • Collect raw materials from and return of filled components to cold storage

  • Advise the supervisor of equipment faults and any out of specification events

  • Some lifting - up to 10kg will be required in this role.

  • To have a sound understanding of the process and documentation flow, understanding potential impact on the department for non-compliant underlying work in the department.

  • Ensuring company standards are met with regards to working environment.

  • The ability to use the ERP system to log the progress of assigned work, to perform the necessary inventory transactions for control of stock, raise a change request and document management (as required).

  • To complete all relevant records and worksheets

  • To be competent in all tasks performed, ensuring this is clearly documented in training records.

  • To work effectively with other supervisors and managers to support the team to deliver orders on time and in full.

  • Utilise continuous improvement techniques to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all work generated by other members of the team on your behalf meets the required quality standards.

We are looking for:

  • Experience working in the pharma, healthcare, food or similar industry.

  • GCSE Maths, English and Science (or equivalent)

  • Experience of following written quality procedures and working practices including GMP

  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience of using computerised systems

  • Flexibility to the needs of the business, working out of hours if and when required
