job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Engineer. This role is integral to the optimization, maintenance, and expansion of our wireless network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in LTE, UMTS, CDMA, and EvDO wireless data technologies, coupled with at least five years of hands-on experience in the field. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, analytical skills, and practical knowledge to ensure our network delivers exceptional performance and reliability. responsibilities:

  • Network Optimization and Maintenance: Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance by adjusting parameters and settings, utilizing tools like Actix Analyzer, Windcatcher, XCAL, and TEMS to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to KPIs.

  • VoLTE Implementation and Support: Implement and manage VoLTE services, ensuring proper configuration and optimization of associated parameters and settings to enhance voice quality and reliability.

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct drive tests using tools such as NEMO, XCAL, and TEMS, and process the collected data to identify network issues, improve performance, and support network expansion projects.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate comprehensive RF engineering and management reports using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other tools to communicate network performance, issues, and improvements to stakeholders.

  • Technical Support and Scripting: Utilize AMOS scripting to support network maintenance, expansion, and configuration changes. Provide technical support for the OSS platform, including alarm monitoring and parameter retrieval/changes.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

  • 5 years of experience in RF predictive tools.

  • 3 years of experience with LTE and VoLTE KPIs.
