Insight Global ServiceNow Developer - Sales and Order Management for Telecommun in Birmingham, Alabama

Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will develop new service-oriented applications as well as support/maintain existing applications. This SNOW Integration team is responsible for the support, enhancement, and management of the existing ServiceNow platform using a variety of languages and technologies. This particular project is dedicated to implementing the Sales and Order Management for Telecommunications module within ServiceNow, so be prepared to learn new technology and best practices in relation to said module. You will analyze, design, configure, develop, test, debug, and document to further enhance the platform and ensure it is meeting the business's needs, goals, and priorities. You will also be responsible for responding to support incidents with escalation requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and tracking issues from production support to achieve long-term resolutions.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years' experience of software development, configuration, testing, and implementation of modules in the ServiceNow platform

o Specifically with the following tech stack: JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, CSS, Java, JSON, REST, XML, SOAP, XQuery, XSLT, SQL

 SOMT Module implementation

 Catalog modeling

 Jeopardy management

 SNOW Workflow experience

 Brownfield development experience (developing new software in the presence of existing software)

 EXCELLENT communication skills, confidence in the platform to assist in leading development efforts and delegating tasks, comfortable participating and engaging in team calls, urgent, and productive Washington, D.C. version of SNOW

 Located in/around Ridgeland, MS or open to relocating to Ridgeland, MS for periodic in-office time with other team members null
