Description
We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for an Organizational Change Management Consultant in Birmingham, Alabama. The role is based in the retail industry and involves shaping the future structure of the organization in alignment with strategic objectives. This position requires working closely with business leaders to define roles and responsibilities within the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organizational design strategies
• Define roles and responsibilities within the organization to align with strategic objectives
• Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address organizational challenges
• Utilize your experience in organizational design to shape the future structure of our organization
• Develop and execute change management initiatives to facilitate organizational change
• Assist in the development of communication plans to ensure clear and transparent information flow
• Provide consulting services to business leaders on organizational development strategies
• Use your understanding of business leadership and strategy to guide organizational design decisions.
Requirements
• Possess strong skills in Change Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in creating and implementing Communication Plans
• Knowledge and experience in Organizational Design
• Expertise in Organizational Development
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others without direct authority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
