Orders Applications Analyst Team Lead, UHS Phelps Hall United Health Services is seeking a Orders Applications Analyst Team Lead to join our Epic Inpatient Applications department at UHS Phelps Hall in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Overview
The role of the Orders Analyst Team Lead on the EPIC team is critical for supporting our healthcare providers, who are central to the hospital's operations. This position ensures that the orders management system is optimized and efficiently meets the needs of our clinical staff. Key responsibilities include overseeing the configuration, testing, and maintenance of order sets and workflows within EPIC, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Candidates for this role must possess an active EpicCare Inpatient Procedure Orders certification. Additional certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
High School Diploma and four (4) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience.
Demonstrated competency in Application Analyst III role.
Experienced in all stages of project implementation, including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred.
Epic experience.
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- For Epic roles: Current Epic certification.
Preferred:
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification or equivalent certification.
