Description
Seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to manage all legal aspects of our operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for handling contractual agreements, implementing legal procedures, and providing corporate governance.
Provide legal support and guidance to the organization's management on all legal topics.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize corporate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
Prepare the necessary legal reports and documents and ensure the legality of the company’s business practices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Facilitate and manage litigation and dispute resolution procedures.
Keep abreast and understand changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
Assist with corporate governance, attend board meetings, and ensure the organization meets all legal obligations.
Implement corporate policies, and devise preventive measures against legal risks.

Requirements
A Law degree from an accredited law school and be a licensed attorney.
Extensive experience as a strategic legal counsel in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of corporate law principles and procedures.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in researching complex legal documents.
