Core Responsibilities
Process Ownership
Lead the Capacity Review process within Global S&OP, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate all materials for the Capacity Review, including current status, decision requests, and key messaging.
Facilitate the monthly Capacity Review meetings, collaborating with partners to achieve impactful outcomes.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with key specialists and leaders across engineering, capacity planning, manufacturing, procurement, and finance to ensure data accuracy, insightful analysis, and see opportunities for optimization and standardization.
Team engagement
Collaborate as a member of the Global S&OP team, reporting directly to the Head of Global Distribution, S&OP, and Business Enabling.
Ensure consistency in materials, messaging, and governance across Global S&OP initiatives.
Assist in preparing materials for Executive S&OP reviews and provide ad hoc analyses as needed.
Process governance & improvement
Maintain the integrity of all capacity-related data within the S&OP process.
Lead cross-functional teams in addressing ongoing action items and advancing the process improvement agenda.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is a critical global function within the LEGO Group with the overall purpose of optimizing the balance between supply and demand. It has high focus and attention throughout the organization, all the way up to Executive management and continues to be integral to the company’s success.
The S&OP team partners the full value chain to understand the constantly evolving risk profile of both supply and demand and ultimately secure the needed trade-off decisions.
The purpose of the Capacity Review meeting is to ensure available capacity is offered in alignment to standard capacity definitions and Operating Model principles. Further, this forum is overall responsible for the governance of Manufacturing KPIs and management of capacity network risks.
Do you have what it takes?
Strong end-to-end supply chain expertise, with experience in capacity planning.
Exceptional collaborator with strong self-awareness and can adapt communication for diverse audiences, including executive leaders.
Demonstrate adaptability for cross multi-functional teamwork, consistently fostering strong international relationships and contributing to seamless project execution on a global scale
Highly IT literate, with experience working in SAP and full suite of Microsoft Office (in particular, Power BI, Power Point and Excel)
Strong business acumen with high attention to detail as well as well as bringing the ability to think the broader impact and many interdependencies in your work.
Dedicated, persistent, and consistently demonstrates a positive, proactive approach.
