Job Description

Get the opportunity to drive innovation in our learning processes and ensure effective training solutions, using the latest trends and best practices in learning and development!

Core Responsibilities

  • Own all operational activities related to Workday and the related SharePoint pages (e.g. creating courses, curating active courses, uploading training modules, tracking enrolments and completions, evaluation of programs, etc.)

  • Help build strong communications learning offerings to reach all relevant colleagues.

  • Track and monitor learning reporting and analytics for facilitators and leaders.

  • Own learning intervention(s) and/or solution(s), including planning delivery and coordinating internal/external tutors and vendors.

  • Manage assigned project budgets, ensuring the cost-effective delivery of training programs.

  • Support the process of translating learning needs into learning interventions, such as developing training materials and content.

  • Co-facilitate training sessions with the support of senior members of the team.

  • Share SME knowledge for skills/learning development within a project team.

  • Support collaborators, Skill Family Leaders, Skill Leads and SME to ensure scope is met and results are on track.

  • Support projects to improve learning and development processes, tools and systems and ensure innovation of learning approaches and training methods.

Learning is at the heart of our brand, and based out of Billund, Denmark, you will be part of the LEGO® U Development and Operations sub-team, whose purpose is to design and deliver various learning interventions against the prioritization of our 5 Skill families.

We are a team of skilled and dedicated professionals which are part of a central One LEGO® Learning & Development (L&D) Team.

This team is designed to foster greater collaboration and support of skills development across the organization.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Education in business administration, communication, learning and development, marketing, or related field - or equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred

  • Experience in using Workday to manage learning processes and SharePoint design

  • Experience of designing communication plans

  • Ability to own and drive product (learning intervention) development, including delivery planning and co-ordination of internal/external tutors

  • A creative and innovative approach to learning design, applying various tools and methods such as blended learning, e-learning, and facilitation

  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of any technology used to design and facilitate online sessions
