Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will connect data connectivity and global reporting solutions for allocated user groups within the Global Supply Chain Operations. You will act as an interface between key business stakeholders in Supply Chain and our Digital Data Organization, to both translate business needs into IT requirements as well as create and influence business intelligence solutions to suit the digital data tool roadmap.
You will drive, own and support team priorities related to optimization and development of existing and new BI Reporting solutions on the BI Platform in close collaboration with business stakeholders. This includes supporting other team members functionally with implementation activities as well as development of team capabilities. More specifically, you will:
Secure accessible and reliable data across the Supply Chain information areas through data platforms like Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate and SAP Analysis for Office (AfO)
Develop and maintain global Power BI reporting and dataflow solutions used across wider user groups in Operations, Finance and Markets & Channels
Partner directly with supply chain colleagues to co-create a clear roadmap based on key business requirements to deliver both new and improved reporting solutions for use in critical business decision making.
Provide data governance across data assets and Power BI reports and offer timely support to end-users when requested
Collaborate with Digital BI engineers to bridge the data requirements from colleagues in Operations
Seek opportunities to learn new tools and trends within the BI area to improve the specialist knowledge, to challenge status quo and co-drive the implementation of new BI platforms and relevant backend IT projects

You will join the Supply Chain Business Intelligence team, playing a crucial role in the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) department by enabling the broader Operations organization in driving the integrity and development of reports and analyses used in LEGO® Operations.
The team is primarily located at LEGO Campus, Billund and consists of seven highly skilled and dedicated colleagues with great diversity in terms of educational backgrounds, nationalities, age groups, experience levels, etc.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of proven experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse building data models for reporting purposes. Experience with Supply Chain & Operations and Demand Management will be an advantage. Additionally, you have:
Minimum BSc in Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, Business Science or equivalent educational fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Tooling, DAX programming and the overall Power Platform
Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify end-to-end perspectives and solutions
Effective and confident communication, collaboration and networking skills to build strong business relationships
Experience with Databricks, SQL and SAP will be an advantage
