Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain SNAP E&T Program Manager in Billings, Montana

In this role, you will be responsible for various levels of staff along with program oversight and operations. This position is responsible for ensuring successful day-to-day operations, the development, coaching, and mentoring of new and seasoned staff, consistently demonstrating our customer-first service philosophy, and leading by example. You will work to develop the confidence of our internal customers through effective coaching and encouragement; recognizing moments of magic that can be replicated as well as identifying moments of misery and learning from them. You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to ensure our partners and their participants have the skills and tools necessary to help individuals obtain employment. You will be responsible for ensuring operations are consistent with other areas across the state and that staff is able to work through their assigned tasks timely and accurately. We are customer focused with a goal of income improvement for the individuals we serve. You will have the personal opportunity to have a profound and positive impact on families in your community.

WAGE: $62,400/annually

Required Skills

  • Ability to effectively coach and mentor staff

  • Work independently to proactively and positively problem-solve with internal and external customers

  • Effectively manage day-to-day operations of the program/region of responsibility

  • Occasional overnight travel


  • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.

  • Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

  • Applicant must pass a background check.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in an appropriate field may substitute for education

  • 3-5 years

  • Experience in TANF and/or Snap E & T programs preferred

  • Proven experience in effective program management

  • Proven experience coaching and mentoring staff

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Proven experience managing professional partnerships
