Title and Summary

Managing Consultant - Cybersecurity Products Customer Success Management

The Managing Consultant - Cybersecurity Products Customer Success Management will bring their cybersecurity and customer engagement experiences to work closely with our external and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, and to discuss with them how Mastercard's cybersecurity products can be utilized effectively. The team member will also author papers, drive deeper tech dives with product team, and host webinars and speaking engagements. The team member will enable the Customer Support function in their various responsibilities (e.g., presales demos and solutions architecting; developing use cases, case studies, and marketing content; partner & client onboarding; client support; training development & delivery; and product enablement).
