Job Title: Temporary Data Entry and Excel Reporting Assistant

Location: Bethpage, NY (Onsite, may lead to hybrid)

Job Type: Contract (Temporary)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Coordinator to assist with Data Entry and Excel Reporting to provide support for our Executive Chauffeur services. This role will involve maintaining and updating driver schedules, ensuring accurate data entry, and preparing reports for leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and report on large sets of data. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in finance or accounting to apply their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Schedule Management:

  • Enter and upload driver data into systems.

  • Update and maintain accurate chauffeur schedules, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect business needs or personal requests.

  • Categorize data and ensure the correct distinction between personal and business needs.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Create and update complex Excel reports using formulas and pivot tables.

  • Pull data from various sources and consolidate it into clear and concise reports.

  • Analyze data and identify any gaps or inconsistencies.

  • Report findings and generate accurate reports for leadership purposes.

  • Assist with creating reports to keep all stakeholders updated on driver schedules and driver availability.

  • Process Improvement & Administration:

  • Identify and suggest improvements to data entry processes.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting by anticipating reporting needs and making adjustments in advance.

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as document filing and data organization.

  • Monitor and track data for any discrepancies or missing information.

  • System Uploads and Data Integration:

  • Export data into relevant systems, ensuring all data is correctly entered.

  • Maintain high accuracy in uploading driver-related data for both business and personal needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience with data entry, data management, and reporting tasks.

  • Experience with administrative tasks and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duration:

This is a temporary contract position with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
