Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable CDL Class A Driver with at least 3 years of flatbed or step deck experience. The ideal candidate will be willing to go over the road (OTR) and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a flatbed or step deck truck to transport goods to various destinations.
Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Maintain accurate logs of working hours, mileage, and load details.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A license.
Minimum of 3 years of flatbed or step deck driving experience.
Willingness to go over the road (OTR).
Clean driving record.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.
Ability to secure loads properly and safely.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High level of reliability and punctuality.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
