SciTech Services is seeking a Project Manager with experience providing high-level support to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and specifically the National Institutes of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR).
The Project Manager will support senior leadership in the Immediate Office of the Director (IOD) by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating efficient operations within the organization.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Act as liaison between senior leaders, staff, and external stakeholders.
Ensure effective flow of information and tasks.
Coordinate and manage executive calendars, prioritizing and adjusting as necessary.
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring availability and minimizing conicts.
Prepare agendas, track follow-ups, and manage action items as needed.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of executives.
Screen incoming communications, directing to appropriate parties.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, managing responses promptly.
Arrange travel logistics, ights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for executive team members.
Coordinate and support special events, including team retreats, conferences, and organizational meetings.
Maintain an organized and accessible ling system, both digital and paper.
Monitor and manage budget and expenses for executive office, ensuring alignment with nancial policies.
Handle office supply management and procurement for the executive team, including inventory tracking.
Assist with special projects, including research, data gathering, and preparation of presentation materials.
Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, keeping the team informed of progress.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of office administration experience. NIH Experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
