Lockheed Martin Industrial Development Strategy & Integration Sr. Mgr. in Bethesda, Maryland

Description: The Program Management Sr Mgr role will be responsible for leading the strategy and integration of Industrial Development, Global Supply Chain and other functions with respect to the GSC Resiliency Efforts across the corporation. This leader will have responsibility for end-to-end performance, metrics, metrics development, progress and results. This includes ensuring a smooth transition from capture to execution, ensuring program and project milestones are tracked, measured and completed in a timely fashion to support the program’s objectives and the GSC Resiliency objectives. Partner and integrate with existing stakeholders, groups and functions to shape and drive business transformation and a new culture while tackling the challenges inherent with business transformation (resistance to change). Develop and implement a structured business rhythm for constant and focused engagement with Industrial Development, Global Supply Chain, LOB PM, Engineering, Quality and Legal teams to ensure alignment, urgency and results. Develop a governance structure with defined roles and responsibilities for overseeing the execution of the ID strategy and GSC Resiliency strategy. This position will apply strong business acumen, communication abilities and relationship building combined with strong analytical and planning skills to work with and influence a wide range of groups and functions across the company. Position may require significant international travel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to lead global virtual team to successfully drive mission commitments and deliver on enterprise goals.

• Demonstrated ability to influence colleagues across the organization and enterprise, serving as a change agent to create new ways of thinking.

• Experience in international program management, program capture and/or execution and/or offsets experience and/or supply chain management or commensurate experience in a related field.

• Strong oral and written presentation skills at a Senior Executive Level.

• Project Management Experience (understands critical path to focus resources to hold project / program schedule).

• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, matrix organizations, and hybrid teams.

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in one or more Lockheed Martin Business Aera or LOB.

• Experience partnering with international customers.

• Experience supporting international offsets, and/or industrial requirements from proposal to execution for a business area program.

• Knowledge of offsets, industrial requirements, and regulations in multiple countries.

• Technical, cost and schedule experience in support of developing and implementing various industrial and GSC Resiliency projects.

• External International Customer experience. Green Belt / Black Belt certified. Ability to facilitate cross-functional group discussions and drive to a decision. Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implement detailed tactical, results-driven plans.

• Prior program management and/or technical experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $168,800 - $318,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $146,800 - $281,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
