Aston Carter Budget Analyst in Bethesda, Maryland

Description:

• Approve and reject personnel action request forms working closely with the Operations team to confirm changes are in accordance with the budget

• Contract setup

• Work with Operations to review and submit work orders

• Assist Operations with payroll, billing, personnel changes, requested time off, and call-in system issues

• Process leave request forms for Operations teams and provide to Payroll

• Ensure completeness of timesheet entry from Operations

• Process and distribute monthly active and inactive employee lists to Operations

Skills:

Billing Management, Account and Contract Setup, Data Entry, Lawson, Pivot Table and VLOOKUP

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and effectively

• Proficiency in Data Entry Skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office particularly Excel

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT department

• Expert at attention to detail with strong analytical and organization skills

• A proven ability to be decisive, resolve issues, and deliver on commitments and deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining strict confidentially as appropriate

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in an environment of multiple responsibilities

• Able to independently problem-solve and make decisions
