Come join our team! You as an Athletic Installers are responsible for designing, building, installing & repairing structures, fixtures, furniture, and other items using different types of materials including, but limited to, plastic laminate, wood, and steel.

Essential Job Functions:
- Available and willing to travel extensively to job sites for extended periods of time throughout the country.

- Ability to present oneself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, general contractors, and other subcontractors.

- Follow established safety rules and regulations including PPE and OSHA standards.
- Unloading trucks.

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and physical exam.
- Adequately pass required background checks.
- Successfully pass drug tests, when requested.
- Clear construction sites of debris and trash.
Assist in installation/demolition, but not limited to, the following:
- Basketball backstops
- Divider curtains
- Wrestling mat hoists
- Volleyball equipment
- Indoor soccer/hockey arenas
- Outdoor sport courts
- Batting cages
- Custom protective wall padding
- Bleachers/Benches
- Sports goals
- Sports netting
- Electric winches
- Climbing walls/ropes
- Scoreboards
- Casework
Qualifications:
- Degree in related field and/or practical work experience Mechanical and Carpentry skills preferred and/or at least 2 years of finish carpentry and casework installation.
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Assembly and installation of commercial millwork and metal products including casework, countertops, wall panels, accessories, wood & sports court flooring; gym equipment and hardware of various materials.
- Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment.
- Ability to communicate well with project managers and supervisors.
- Foster positive teamwork relationships with fellow employee owners.
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, and speak to use the telephone and to communicate with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
- Effectively communicate and follow oral and written instructions, and possess arm, hand, and finger dexterity to use when reaching, handling, grasping, or using a keyboard.
- The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand.
- Ability to work outdoors, indoor in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places and in excavated areas.
- Must be able to climb a ladder, scaffolding and stairs.
- Must be able to kneel, stoop and squat often.
- Ability to swing a hammer.
- Ar , hand & finger dexterity with both hands involved in activities such as reaching, handling, and feeling.
- Ability to use hands and power tools.
- May work around chemicals, near grinding and torching, and near cranes and moving equipment.
- Will work in close contact with other people.
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
- Stand or walk for 8 or more hours a day.
- Must have ability to lift both arms overhead and carry equipment.
- Must possess keen vision and hearing.
- Use small construction equipment to break up concrete.
- Erect/disassemble scaffolding.
- Able to move temporary floor protection.
- Drive trucks with or without a trailer to transport materials to and from construction sites.
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks/trailers.
- Operate scissor lifts and telescopic forklifts.
- Perform preventative and regular maintenance on tools and equipment.
