Job Description:

• Productive operation of assigned machinery in department.
• Accurate completion of production paperwork.
• Rotational assignment to other machinery as directed.
• Maintaining clean and orderly work environment.
• Requesting supplies as needed to maintain production.
• Other responsibilities as required.

Required Experience:

• Ability to read, write and do basic math - successful scoring on math testing.
• Good communication and cooperation with coworkers and supervisors.
• Proven ability to maintain acceptable production rates.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Receptiveness to overtime required.
• Receptiveness to cross training and rotational assignments.
• Acceptable attendance record.
• Experience with indicated machinery a plus.
• Proven paperwork accuracy.
• Color discrimination test.
• Average weight lifted with assistance is 25-50lbs.
