Summary

Represents the image of the company during the first contact with the visitors and is responsible for welcoming, informing and guiding them through an impeccable presentation.

As an Office Administrator, You Will:

  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and answering phones

  • Coordination and filing of paperwork and reports

  • Responsible for assisting with payroll duties

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets

  • Assist in receiving of purchases

  • Support management team as required

  • Other general office and administrative duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in the clerical field

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word

  • Willingness to learn new computer skills and programs including accounting software

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management skills; thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Very strong attention to detail

  • Ability to identify areas to provide support and take initiative

  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
