Amazon Manager, Global Affiliate Marketing - 12 Month Contract in Berlin, Germany

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Audible is seeking an affiliate/bounty marketing specialist to drive global customer acquisition through strategic partnerships with affiliate networks and publishers, including Amazon Associates. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in affiliate marketing to identify opportunities and empower regional teams to drive growth. You will join a global Audible on Amazon team, and be part of an exciting, dynamic project to streamline ways of working across 11 marketplaces and different continents.

ABOUT YOU

You are a natural networker, fearless about exerting influence and building relationships across locations and functions. You have a track record of building productive partnerships between retailers - preferably subscription businesses - and major affiliate platforms and agencies like Rakuten, AWIN and Amazon Associates, either on the platform, agency or retailer side. Your deep understanding of affiliate mechanics allows you to structure win-win bounty partnerships that fuel customer growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

As Global Affiliate Marketing Lead you will...

  • Develop a global affiliate acquisition strategy spanning key markets and channels

  • Partner with regional teams to identify and onboard new high-potential affiliate partners across content, loyalty and cashback verticals

  • Structure and negotiate lucrative bounty contracts aligned with growth targets

  • Optimize affiliate tracking, attribution and commissioning through rigorous testing

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to execute localized affiliate campaigns

  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate partner productivity and identify optimizations

  • Provide training and enable adoption of affiliate best practices across marketing teams

  • Evaluate and integrate new affiliate platforms/technologies to grow the channel

This role is initially open through a 12 month contract.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of affiliate/performance marketing experience for a major brand/retailer, affiliate platform or agency

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Proven experience in affiliate mechanics - tracking, attribution, financial housekeeping, bounty agreements etc.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving growth through global affiliate partner ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Amazon or digital subscription experience

  • Experience in the entertainment or digital subscription industry

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in negotiating and managing marketing contracts, and holding stakeholders to account

  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from campaign data and optimize performance

  • Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple concurrent global initiatives
