YOUR MISSION

As Director of Rooms Operations & Quality Management (m/f/d) , you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes. You will ensure that our services meet Marriott standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will coordinate with various departments and develop strategies to ensure the highest levels of guest and employee satisfaction.

HELP US TO SHINE!

  • Implement and maintain quality standards according to Marriott SOPs and LSOPs

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards

  • Facilitate process improvement teams and develop creative solutions to enhance quality

  • Analyze error trends and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to continuously improve the guest experience

  • Train and coach managers and staff in Total Quality Management

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!

  • Completed training in hotel management or a similar field

  • Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the hospitality industry

  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and coach a team

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

  • Passion for continuous improvement and service excellence
