日常業務内容:

＜法人、学校などホテル現地におけるセールス担当＞

法人、学校などを対象とし、宴会、宿泊案件のセールス活動をしていただきます。 受注案件の契約、及び顧客フォローまでをご担当いただきますので、 ホテルでのセールス経験のみならず、観光関係、サービスなど、 他業種でのセールス経験も活かしていただけます。

• 法人向け宴会・宿泊セールス（宴会が中心・幅広くコーポレートもカバー）

• ホテルのビジネス戦略の理解。、目標の設定。目標を達成するための行動計画を決

• 新しい市場の開拓とビジネスチャンスを特定し、売り上げを伸ばす

• 毎日のセールスコールの実施、クライアントによるホテルへの現地視察の対応

• 引合いに対する迅速かつ適切な提案書、見積の作成

• 案件内容に基づく提案と内容の交渉を行い、案件を契約に結びつける

• ホテル内の関係部署とのスムーズな連携を行う など

応募者に求めるもの:

【経験・スキル】

• セールス経験のある方優遇

• ホテル業界の経験を3年以上有する方歓迎

• 顧客や同僚とのスムーズなコミュニケーションスキル

• 基本的なホテルオペレーションの知識（宴会知識あれば尚良い）

• 基本的なPC操作/Microsoft Office(Word/ Excel /Power Point )

• 積極的に外交営業を行うポジティブなマインド

• 営業目標に対するコミットメント

• 運転免許　など
