What you'll do...
About the Team-
We are the Connected Assistance (Mobile Calling) team. Connected Assistance is a mini-app in the Me@ ecosystem, enabling customer calls to be routed to associate handheld devices via WebEx. On this team, we manage many of the back-end services as well as a mobile app
What You'll Do:
Collaborate across multiple IT functions, employees, and vendors to ensure reliable and scalable Connected Assistance solutions.
Plan and implement programs for global voice and contact center infrastructures.
Drive continuous improvement for Connected Assistance and the Me@ ecosystem through IT Services Management processes and procedures.
Lead partnerships with other teams for assigned projects, providing documents, direction, and examples.
Troubleshoot business and production issues by gathering information, engaging support teams, and performing root cause analyses.
Provide support to the business by responding to user questions, concerns, and issues.
Lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects, reviewing requirements, and developing technical solutions.
Develop and architect web and mobile applications, including React Native app development.
Engage in daily communication with the team and clients using tools like Zoom and MS Teams.
Possess strong communication and technical skills, working with an entrepreneurial mindset to ensure the best outcomes for associates and the business.
What You'll Bring
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in software engineering or related experience.
3+ years of Mobile Engineer experience with React Native.
At least 2+ years of React Native experience with MVVM architecture.
At least 2+ years of Redux state management.
Strong fundamental towards OOP, Reactive programming and design patterns.
Played Extremely Significant Role / Lead in delivery of complex projects.
Sound experience to build CICD pipeline.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills.
3 to 4 years of experience in backend engineering platform development.
3+ years of experience in Java technologies, distributed systems, and large-scale application development and design.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Cosmos, containerization technology, and microservices.
Well-versed in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
Technical Expertise in Java, multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to develop robust, high-performance, and scalable applications.
Strong technical background with hands-on capability and the ability to mentor top individual technical talent.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
