Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Position summary: In this role you will focus on improving the associate and customer experience specifically in areas of insurance and online scheduling. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director Omni Strategy.
About the team:
The Optical Omni team is responsible for modernizing the customer and associate experience within Walmart Optical. We support development of new associate tools, making prescription products and service available online, innovative technologies like Digital Measurements and Virtual try-on and improve customer communications.
What you'll do:
Work with Product, Tech and Design to create omnichannel experience that delight our customers
Provide ongoing analysis of deliverables and strategy for continuous improvement
Modernize Optical insurance processes to improve the customer experience and associate experience
Expand customer access to care by developing modernize scheduling capabilities for both on and in-store.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
