ServiceNow Preboarding Solution Architect (Lead Specialist)
The USTT Digital and Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.
We're looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Preboarding Solution Architect to support the Digital & Analytics team with the management of Preboarding Platform (ServiceNow). This individual will need to demonstrate strong technology operations management, product backlog management, and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple groups including Employee Life Cycle (ELE), Consulting, technology, and vendor teams to govern and deliver system enhancements and releases. This role also requires extensive comprehension of Deloitte's complex preboarding processes and the systems that enable it.

Work you'll do:
As a Preboarding Solution Architect for our ServiceNow HRSD team, you will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our clients HR operations and help them drive business results.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Leading Preboarding ServiceNow projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities.
Providing hands-on Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Working with a team of both functional and technical teams through requirements gathering and design sessions for the ServiceNow preboarding solution
Effectively communicating business requirements to the ServiceNow development team
Partnering with Deloitte Technology to manage upcoming upgrades and releases
Managing preboarding integrations
Managing detailed implementation plans for deploying the preboarding enhancements including establishing key milestones, finalizing scope and high-level architecture
Supporting the iterative configuration of the ServiceNow preboarding solution, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
Assisting with executing system QA, UAT validation, preparing the ELE team for deployments
Forging strong relationships with Internal stakeholders, Consulting and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development
Qualifications: Required
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow optimizations, of which, a minimum of 1 year focused on the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow HRSD core module
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Knowledge of Deloitte Preboarding functions, processes, and best practices
Experience in Project Management
Experience designing and/or implementing ServiceNow products/tools
Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups
Operational experience with the ServiceNow Platform

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 - $163,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
