What you'll do...

Job Summary:

The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) Transformation Team is looking for a customer-obsessed collaborator and servant leader to join the Global Tech Organization, working alongside a team of talented product, project, and engineering teams to deliver experiences that associates trust.

What you'll do:

  • Communicate and collaborate cross functionally, managing relationships with internal teams, key partners and stakeholders across the business

  • Drive progress of our key strategic initiatives, leading multiple product teams and business segments through end-to-end technical projects

  • Leverage your technical program management experience to successfully lead end-to-end projects and programs alongside our product engineering teams, mentoring and influencing peers, product teams, and leaders along the way

  • Setting, clearly communicating, and tracking meaningful goals, managing your own deliverables as well as the progress of others, motivating the team to achieve the expected results, and holding them accountable for doing so, redirecting their efforts when necessary

  • Identifying, tracking, and reporting out on various KPIs to measure the team's success

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
