Sr. Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Item
Location: Bentonville, AR
The Sr. Manager, Item Ethics and Compliance will manage the day-to-day strategy and execution of Ethics and Compliance related Item attribution and will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, design and remodeling of this Item attribution, in various corporate and retail environments.
About Item Ethics and Compliance at Walmart/Sam's Club
The Senior Manager, reports directly to the Director, Item Ethics and Compliance with a mission to determine and support leadership in the development of strategic attribution and delivering the optimal Ethics and Compliance rule outputs to reduce company losses while driving GMV.
What you'll do:
Lead a group of subject matter experts focused on responding to Item Ethics and Compliance Item attribution developmental needs by establishing best practices and monitoring the development of new or enhanced capabilities.
Manage a small team
Oversees team productivity and effectiveness by leveraging internal and external cross-functional relationships.
Develop and implement strategies to develop appropriately sized attribution details.
Provide leadership, strategic input, and management of item attribution globally across business lines.
Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
What you'll bring:
Robust knowledge of business technology
Experience collaborating cross functionally
Bachelor's degree in business management, Risk Management, or related field and 5 years' experience in Risk Management, or related area
OR 5 years' experience in derived logic outputs, Item Catalog, Compliance, or related area.
Excellent customer service and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
